When did you first become a fan of Kate? :
I first saw Kate in Alex and Emma, I got it for my birthday and really enjoyed it. After that I started to
look into all the other movies that she was in. That was last year, now I own all of her movies,
including her indy films. Plus, I watch and tape all her t.v interviews and have the E! True
Hollywood Story on her and Goldie taped too.
What is it about Kate that you really love/admire? :
Kate has that kind of "I'm gonna live my life my way" attitude and I really love that about her. She doesn't take what the
tabloids say personally, and if it does bug her, she shrugs it off. When the public started comparing her
to Yoko Ono because of The Black Crowe's split up, she didn't let it get to her. I totally respect her for that.
What would you like to see Kate do in the future? :
Kate has made her mark in the movie world with mostly Romantic Comedies, and while I have LOVED every movie she's
been in, I'm really looking forward to seeing Skeleton Key, because she has never done a thriller before and I'm
sure she will do great at it, just like everything else she does!!
What is your favourite Kate film? :
My favorite Kate movie is Almost Famous, because when she got that role, her "claim to fame" was still
just being Goldie Hawn's daughter. It was after Almost Famous came out that she had a name of her own.
The movie was awesome and the role really showed what an amazing talent she really had.
Why should you be fan of the month? :
I truly think that I'm one of Kate's biggest fans. Anyone who knows me will tell you, I'm bordering on an
obsession!! Anything to do with Kate, I love!!
