- No. As stated in the disclaimer we have no connection with Kate, her family or management.


Do you know Kate's email address/home address?
- No. And even if I didn't I wouldn't be posting it on a web site ;)


How can i contact Kate?
- Head on over to the Contact Kate page - this has all the info I know of on how to contact Miss H.


"Hi, I want to ask Kate ... where can I send her a letter?"
- Please don't email me asking where you can contact Kate. All the addresses I know where you can reach her are on the Contact Kate page.


Can I contribute something to this site?
- Yes please! I am always looking for people who'd like to help improve KHH. Feel free to send me an email using the address on our contact page and let me how you'd like to help. Full and deserved credit will be given.

- Not that I know of... :(


Can you send me some Kate pics please?
- All pictures I find of Kate are posted on this site and in our forum, so if you want all the latest pictures, you're in the right place!


Can I use some of your pictures for a layout I'm making?
- Sure. Just email me and tell/ask me, as I'd love to see the finished design! And a link back would be nice too :)


Can I take your exclusive pictures, cut off your tags and use them on my site without crediting you at all?
- Well let me think about that ... no! That's not very good netiquette. I spend a lot of time searching for and scanning pictures for Kate Heaven and it's so disheartening seeing them reproduced anywhere else without credit. Email me if you'd like to use some pictures and we'll discuss it - don't just take.


Do you know where I can buy the bag Kate had in Raising Helen/the dress she wore in How To Lose A Guy...?
- This is the kind of question I get asked a lot. Make sure you check out out Style section here at KHH as any information I know of will be posted in there. If you can't find what you're looking for there, then I'd suggest trying ASOS.com, OutfitID.com or simply Googling.


How can I register for the Gallery?
- At the moment registration is not required to view any photos within our Gallery.


I can't login to the Gallery/I get an error message when I try to login
- Are you registered? Have you registered SEPARATELY for both the Gallery and forum? Make sure you are typing in case sensitive letters (eg type like this but NOT LIKE THIS). Try deleting your cookies, temporary internet files and cache. Make sure you click the ACTIVATION LINK that was sent to the email address you specified when registering. If you are still having problems please email me, making sure you include the username your registered there with.


How do I register?
- You can register at both the forum and the gallery by clicking the Register text link. These are the only two places you need to/can register at throughout the site. You can also join the Newsletter to receive a Kate and KHH news round-up, plus other goodies, although as of 2011 this is no longer done regularly.
